1. About delivery time?
After you place your order, we will arrange the delivery within 7-10 business days after receiving the full payment.
2. About the tracking number?
Once the package is sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where the package is.
3. What is the risk of customs arrest?
1>. Our prices do not include import duties and other national fees;
2>. International express delivery companies act as agents for export declarations, and goods can usually be exported smoothly. Due to different policies in different countries, for example, if the goods are detained by the customs, the customer needs to pay the relevant taxes and fees in the following ways.
3>. We often do related work to help our clients pass customs clearance, such as through "free samples" or "free gifts" exports;
4>. We can also make low-cost invoices based on customer requirements to help declare exports.
Notes:
1) Shipping Time does not include a 7-10 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
***Attention***
The shipping time listed in the table above is just ETA(Estimated Time of Arrival), and most of our shipped parcels can be delivered within this time frame. However, due to the certain uncontrollable factors may affect shipment, such as bad weather, natural disasters, political instabilities, and so on, it may leads to a delay of parcel processing and delivery services in destination countries in different uncertain ways. Please be patient and we will deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.
Please leave sufficient details about your shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery, it would be better if your shipping address can be accurate to Apt/unit number. A correct email is mandatory for receiving order confirmation and shipping notification. The phone number is required for being contacted by delivery man if necessary.
Please note that CHICHIM is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by wrong/insufficient/incomplete shipping address, wrong post/zip code, blank mobile column. Non-delivery or extra shipping costs due to personal reasons will not be taken by CHICHIM.
Please note that shipping to outlying territories or remote areas & islands, Military Addresses(APO/FPO) usually take much longer than normal delivery time.
Shipping time might be affected during public holidays or extreme weathers. Because the manufacturers & carriers might limit or stop their operations. Unfortunately this is outside of our control, normal service resumes soon after holiday or extreme weather ends.
If you change your mind and want a exchange after placing an order, please explain the reason and pay attention to your email address. We will have relevant personnel contact you, if there is no reply for more than three days, we will ship directly. The shipping fee will not be refunded for rejection after delivery.
