Return & Exchange Policy

We 100% guarantee that customers can return or exchange within 15 days in original condition and packaging if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
CHICHIM does not provide pre-paid return labels you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Note:
1)The product should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered. We do not accept worn items.
2)To better solve your problem, please send us a picture showing the problem/defect when you submitting the return/exchange request.
3)Please send the product back when we inform the return address, please do not return it at the original address.
4)For returns, please send an email to our customer service team at support@chichim.com and let us know your order number # and why you want to return it, our customer service team will respond with resolution and return instructions within 2 business days after we receive your email.

Order Cancellation
We offer a full refund if the order is canceled within12 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via support@chichim.com once you decide to cancel the order. After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.
We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have been shipped.

About Exchange

Items with the quality problem can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving. (the customer just needs to make up for
the shipping fee.)
